The balanced score card will help in evaluating the performance of the education department associated with the financial and other non financial factors (Kaplan and Norton, 1992). It will help in aligning the operational activities along with the goals of the educational department. The balanced score card will improve the internal as well as the external communication and also monitor the whole performance.
